Describe the promotional strategy, and state whether or not, it is effectively reaching the consumer, and how does it, in your opinion, target consumer(s)? Does it satisfy a want, or need, in any way?
Ask someone who uses a Starbucks product, or if you purchase a Starbucks product, describing the value in using the mobile app, or technology, for ordering? How effective is it?
