You are the new CEO of a large medical practice group in the Bronx. Shortly after arriving, you notice that the number of patient visits has dropped dramatically (by 30%). When you talk to the doctors/providers, they claim that it is the staff—they don’t know how to talk to the patients. But when you talk to the staff, they say that the problem lies with the providers—they don’t know how to interact with the patients.
After speaking with a few patients, you get feedback that the practice’s competition (that’s 2 blocks away), sees patients within 15 minutes of their appointment time and their fellow patients are now going there for their care.
Being a graduate of Monroe College and having participated in the numerous PI projects, your Board of Directors expects you to fix this situation.

Define your leadership style as the new practice’s CEO-explain whether you’re a Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certified and how this certification helps you to tackle this PI project.
• Since this is an Organization-wide PI Project, define what Organization-wide PI Project is and how it applies to this project.
• Define and Describe the Medical Practice staff members would have on your PI team and what roles (e.g. leader, scribe, etc.) you would assign them.

  3. In this grand pattern of things you’ll get an A just for hard work. Exactly where you confused me personally was first on your specifics. As people say, the devil is in the details… And that could not be more accurate here. Having said that, permit me say to you precisely what did deliver the results. Your text is actually highly engaging and that is probably why I am making an effort to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, although I can easily see the leaps in reason you come up with, I am not convinced of exactly how you seem to connect your details which help to make the conclusion. For now I will yield to your position however wish in the foreseeable future you link your facts much better.
